♠특징

-Engineering Plastic의 증가에 따라서 분쇄재 환원비율이 늘어나는 현상에 대응하여
Cyclone Separator의 채용으로 분진의 집진을 집중적으로 하여 Filter부의 부하를
대폭으로 절감하였습니다.
-Cyclone Separator로부터 분진을 집중적으로 집진하므로 
Filter의 막힘이 없고 효율적이다.
-장시간 운전하여도 능력의 저하가 적게 설계되었습니다.
-Filter 청소의 횟수도 종래보다 적게 설계되었습니다.
-Ring Blower의 임펠라를 특수 설계제작하여 소음이 현저하게 작으며, 풍량, 풍압은
높여주므로 힘이 좋습니다.
- Cyclone은 스테인레스(SUS304)로 제작되어 부식이 없으며, 원료교환 및 청소가
용이합니다.
-The machine, along with a hopper drier and automatic mixer is used for stream lining
 material supply process.
-A separate dust collecting cyclone collects the dusts 
from pulverized materials first, and a carter strains the dusts again.
-A cyclone made of stainless(SUS304) facilitates material replacement & cleaning.
